Our account holders choose a unique identifier that is the basis for global recognition, such that controlled access can be given to all the information associated with that particular ID.If you reside in the United States, you are entering into the User Agreement with TrustLogics TM, who will be responsible for your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, our Services. If you reside outside the United States, you are entering into the User Agreement with TrustLogics TM, who will be the controller of your personal data provided to, or collected by or for, our Services.
You provide data to create an account with us.
To create an account you provide data including your name, email address and/or mobile number, and a password. If you register for a premium Service, we ask you for payment (e.g., credit card) and billing information.
You are required to provide information relevant to your profile which may include but is not limited to details such as -- full resume -- your education, work experience, skills, photo, city or area and endorsements. Completed profiles helps you to get more from our Services, including helping recruiters and business opportunities find you. It’s your choice whether to include sensitive information on your profile. Please do not post or add personal data to your profile that you would not want to be publicly available.
Our main service is aimed at giving you the opportunity to centralize all your important work related details and thus facilitate real time and accurate data relative to employment status or availability for work. Recruiters and employers are able to find your profile that can be used to evaluate your suitability for a particular job opportunity.
Premium services are available to allow for the customization of your personal unique identifier, background checks, resume writing and a wide range of other professional services.
TrustLogics TM will maintain contact through email, notices posted on the TrustLogics TM website or apps, messages directly to your TL account, and other ways through our Services, including text messages and push notifications. We also enable communications between you and others through our services.
Your profile will be visible to recruiters and employers as predetermined by your account settings, and according to the access parameters for which recruiters and others qualify or can be granted based on service levels.
TrustLogics TM will retain your personal data while your account is active, in existence, or as needed to provide you Services. Your account information will be kept even in the event of limited or no action after opening, with the exception of certain premium services that will no longer be available without payment. Your basic profile will be kept open until your account is closed by you. You will have access as determined by your TrustLogics TM number to update and manage your profile details and add new information relative to annual membership renewals etc., and to add new resume details as needed. We will retain your personal information after you have closed your account as required to comply with our legal obligations, including law enforcement requests, meet regulatory requirements, and resolve disputes. Information you shared with other will remain visible after you closed your account or even deleted said information from your own profile.
We implement security safeguards designed to protect your data, such as HTTPS. We regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks.
